Super awesome customer service!! I recently went to Cabo and accidentally plunged my phone in the ocean for a hot second and the phone pretty much died two days into my trip. I was super upset and really anxious to get back to Westwood so that I can fix it. I read a few of my friends review about group micro and decided to come here to get my phone fixed. I left my phone here for a couple of hours, came back, and they told me great news!! It was fixable and the water damage wasn't that bad! Definitely recommend this place to others who have cracked screens, water damage, etc...

These guys are really great. I am a student at UCLA - My macbook pro wouldn't start up, so I went to the UCLA tech department in Ackerman, who told me I would need to pay a hefty fee for a diagnostic that would take 5 days, and then pay for repairs on top of that. In contrast, Group micro figured out what was wrong with my computer within 5 minutes of me walking in, explained to me that there was a faulty part within the computer itself, and fixed it within a half hour!!! I had to pay a rush fee because I needed my computer for a midterm the next day, but it was well worth it. They even gave me a discount for a laptop case, a 3 month warranty, AND a free phone case! Such nice guys.

My advice for UCLA students: don't go to Ackerman. Take a couple extra minutes to walk to Broxton with your technical difficulties - it'll be well worth it :) thanks Group Micro!

I've broke my phone screen twice and had it repaired at this location! Honest and nice people! They even gave me a discount with a free phone case the second time around! I'd definitely come back, thanks guys!!

Sevada was very helpful. Definitely recommend coming here. I dropped my phone and I completely cracked the screen and it looks brand new now. Only cost me 99$ for my iPhone 5s and he gave me a free USB charger and a clear case! Hopefully I don't break my phone again, but if I do I would come back for sure!

I have a iPhone 5c and I had cracked the screen a month or two prior. I got it fixed over spring break at a different store and it broke again soon after. I went to Sevada and his crew to get it fixed and I was pleasantly surprised how fast (took less than an hour) the repair was, and how friendly the service was. As a UCLA student I received a discount and even a free USB charger and screen protector for being a yelper! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with electronic repairs or troubles. They definitely care about their customers and they take pride in their work.

What amazing service! I was able to get an upgraded hard-drive installed with previous information cloned for my iMac (2013 model) same day! There is no question that these guys know what they're doing and they'll work exceptionally hard to get the job done right for you. Not to mention they have a wide variety of accessories for you to choose from in case you're in need of something relatively quickly :)

I would highly recommend coming here if you need anything fixed, upgraded or installed on your computer. Their prices are fair and the service is unbeatable!

Very Well Done!
Cracked my Macbook Pro 13-inch Retina Screen and got it repaired for a much more reasonable and cheaper price compared to getting it fixed at the Apple store. The results were great and looks brand new! It was repaired in one hour and was shipped back to my dorm in Fresno. Shipping was very fast and I received my laptop the next day in the mail.
